Franklin, Tennessee is a suburb city south of Nashville. Franklin is a beautiful area with large homes and large farms. The larger homes in Franklin have started installing the new vinyl fences or the fancier table top cap wood privacy fencing. The city has large HOA controlled communities along with rural farms and ranches. If you have an HOA, check to see what the community allows you to use.
